- What is a meet & greet — and is it really free?
- Absolutely free. Before any booking, we schedule a relaxed in-person meeting so Kelly & the team can meet your pet, learn their routine, and make sure everyone feels comfortable. We never skip this step.
- What areas do you serve?
- We serve Tellico Village, Loudon County, Knoxville, and surrounding areas. Not sure if we cover your location? Just reach out and we'll let you know.
- Can you administer medication?
- Yes. We're experienced with oral medications, eye drops, and other routine medical needs. Just walk us through the routine at the meet and greet and we'll handle it with care.
- What happens in a medical emergency?
- Our team is Pet First Aid & CPR certified and will contact you immediately if any concern arises. We keep your vet's contact information on file as well as an emergency contact person, and will never hesitate to seek care if needed.
